Rate

Therapy generally starts with an intake meeting to fill out the initial paperwork. During the intake all pertinent information will be discussed. This includes insurance, policies, and client rights. During this appointment the therapist will ask a wide range of questions to complete a Comprehensive Clinical Assessment. This initial session also allows the therapist to get an idea of exactly what type of help is needed. It is the beginning of putting together the course of treatment. The fee for the intake session is $250.00 with no provided insurance verification.

On-Therapy and Fee Information

Excluding the initial assessment, individual therapy sessions are typically 45-90 minutes long. This will vary depending on the age and needs of children, their families and individuals.

Agreements about payment amount and method will be discussed prior to the first therapy session. Transitions Therapeutic Care, LLC operates on a “fee-for-service” model, meaning payment will be required at the beginning of each session. A copy of the invoice is provided for the parent, individual or caregiver’s records if desired.

Insurance providers will be billed directly. It is important that parents and caregivers are aware of their deductible and co-pay amounts.
